I went yesterday with my friends to a restaurant that opened recently in Nahr el Mot area, Republic!
Everyone was talking about it and that it's a must go!

As you can see just from arriving that it’s a typical Lebanese restaurant – café:

-          All the newest cars are parked in front of the place with valet parking of course

-          They made us wait about half an hour before providing us seats

-          Of course the Lebanese princesses with their full make up and high heels

-          Arguilé on every table, with the smoke coming towards you

What I’m trying to point out here is that going out is becoming more and more frustrating! First you have to wait a long time at the door, then to be fit you have to be as we say it in French  “tirer à quatre épingles“.

Well I don’t mind taking care of myself and wearing make-up from time to time but mannnn… there are girls whenever you see them and wherever you see them, they have their hair done, nails done, high heels on…. From where do they have all this time? Don’t they have more interesting things to do in their lives?

I think this subject has been talked about by several bloggers lately, here’s some links:

from Lilo: not so personal  link
 from Maya's amalgam link

and whenever you are out don't forget to
