F.A.T. 2010

I attended yesterday to “The Fitness academy tour – F.A.T. 2010” that was held in Forum de Beyrouth, from 5:30 till 8:30 p.m.

The Fitness Academy Tour is a yearly event organized by Direct Marketing S.A. that will help you crush calories and get in shape in no time

 It is sponsored by Nestle Fitness, Halter, Voltaren Emulgel, Aspascuc and Ocean Spray, covered by NRJ.

We got to have a goodie bag including a towel, Aspascuc chocolate, Ocean Spray juice, an electronic massager from Voltaren, Halter , and of course Nestle Fitness cornflakes. We also had a travel pillow from Voltaren J

There were five different coaches, from GENESIS Health and Fitness (Verdun) everyone enriching us with his own moves from step, fight do, body combat, X55, and ended up with a kind of mixed sports with dance.

 At the first break, there were snacks by Diet Delights; which is the first nutrition center in Lebanon and the Middle East to acquire ISO 22000.

-           Nestle Fitness

-          Aspascuc

-          Ocean Spray

Along with:

-          Body Action: they gave us also a CD including the tracks we were practicing on. 

-          Fit Flop / Brazil one

And a big THANK YOU to the RED CROSS who were there all the time.

At the end there was a draw and prices to be won from Diet Delights (Zalka and Achrafieh) and the Grand Hills Spa (Brumana).
