F.A.T. 2011

This summer, F.A.T. is the new FIT

I attended yesterday to the "Fitness Academy Tour 2011" which is a yearly event organized by DIRECT MARKETING S.A. to promote health, fitness and wellness.

 This year, it was held at the Frères Sacré-Cœur courts in Gemayze starting 5:30 pm for 3 hours of non-stop fitness fun.

What was new this year, is that there was a new French coach with lovely new steps and songs.

It was also more interactive, like one of the coaches told the participants to make a cricle so they exercice in one group. The French coach was always asking if the participants memorized the steps and if they would like todo more...

It was a great workout on the best music!

I'm not sure if there was a goodie bag this year, because I was a bit late, but we did have a lot of freebies 

But I was sad to see that the number of participants was less then last year, although it was well organised!
